Colombia to dominate inconsistent Egypt with the absence of Mo Salah
Egypt and Colombia lock horns at the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d’Italia in Italy, and Los Cafeteros should have no problem seeing off a side that has failed to impress on the international stage.
Ever since the Pharaohs qualified for WC in Russia, they have faced Portugal, Greece, and Kuwait without winning any of those encounters; two losses and one draw. However, the South American side is building up superbly for the 2018 World Cup, and they’ve won against China, France and held Australia to a draw in their preparations for the big event.
With Egypt missing the services of Mo Salah through injury, it’s hard to see them going forward and posing a threat to the Colombian defence. Jose Perkeman, on the other hand, has a strong squad at his disposal with James Rodriguez and Falcao expected to start.
