SOUTH KOREA vs MEXICO
KICK OFF: Saturday 23rd June 2018 | 16:00 CET
GROUP F ROUND 2 | ROSTOV ARENA
Another shock on the horizon when South Korea play Mexico?
Mexico might have found the charm to beat Germany in the opening group game, but I’m going against them when they play South Korea.
Korea lost in the first round to Sweden through a VAR-decided penalty, but they will still believe they have an excellent chance to survive the group stage. South Korea now look the underdogs of group E, and Mexico runs the risk of being complacent after their opening game victory.
The Asian side failed to register a shot on target against Sweden. The Mexicans blew away so many chances before and after Hirving Lozano’s solo goal that downed Germany. I’m not sure how the Taegeuk Warriors will find their shooting boots, but I’m backing another surprise to come from this match.
