Arsenal vs Leicester
KICK OFF: Monday 22nd Oct 2018 | 21:00 CET
PREMIER LEAGUE: Matchday 9 | Emirates Stadium
Which Defence Will Crack First when Arsenal take on Leicester at the Emirates?
Arsenal host Leicester City on Monday 22nd October, as they look to stretch their unbeaten run to ten games in all competitions. Leicester, on the other hand, will be looking to put an end to that run, as they search for their first ever league win at the Emirates.
The Gunners have scored 19 goals so far this season, second only to Manchester City. However, while they seem to score freely, they are considerably less efficient at the back. Unai Emery could be missing Sokratis after he picked up an ankle injury while on international duty with Greece, adding to Arsenal's defensive injury problems. This will encourage Leicester, who know if they are to upset the odds, they will need to attack Arsenal's questionable defence.
Leicester will be without captain Wes Morgan, as he serves a suspension for his red card in their last game against Everton. Following on from a run of poor performances, this may be a blessing in disguise with Jonny Evans set to replace him in defence. The sight of Ozil, Ramsey, Lacazette & Aubameyang all lining up for Arsenal, will be a worrying one, with the pace the Gunners posses, it could be a long afternoon in the capital for the Foxes.
A home win and both teams to score is a good bet.
3-1 or over 3.5 goals
