FULHAM VS ARSENAL
KICK OFF: Sunday 7th October 2018 | 13:00 CET
PREMIER LEAGUE WK8 | Craven Cottage
The Cottagers are showing Promise in the League but will they have enough to Blunt the Gunners attack?
Fulham are finding it hard to overcome experienced opponents in the league. They suffered defeat against Palace at home on opening day, Brighton denied them victory two fortnights ago, and they almost lost to Watford in their last match. They are coming up against an Arsenal side with an impressive record against newly-promoted opponents. Fulham’s Mitrovic and Schurrle have been busy scoring goals, but they are yet to have an impact against the top teams.
Arsenal now have four straight wins under their belt in the league, and even managed to keep a clean sheet against Everton. Auba and Lacazette strike partnership is as efficient as ever, both having started and finding the net over the last two games. Petr Cech is no longer sloppy in the six-yard box, and it will surely take something special for Mitrovic and Co. to find a way past the keeper. The Gunners have found decent form, and they will want to keep the momentum going.
Arsenal will have too much quality for Fulham. Backing either Auba or Lacazette to score anytime in an Arsenal win makes a solid bet.
