On the 29th May 2023 I won £250 on Big Bas Splash with online casino Mr Sloty.
Their payout terms are 7-21 working days. It is now 24 days and I still have not received my money. I have used their Live Chat and just keep getting the same generic responses.
I have emailed their support email and not received a reply. I have instructed Resolver to try and claim my money but they have not even replied to that. Their Trustpilot reviews are full of complaints about the same issue. How can a company be allowed to trade
