Multiple problems. Most recently though, I made a deposit WITH NO BONUS purposely because I didn't want them to have an excuse to not pay me. I deposited $25 and won $216. My account said it was approved, but I did not receive any money. So I used their customer service chat and was told that it was denied because I used "mixed funds". I had a .17 balance that I tried to forfeit like you can do on Bovada but there was no option. Also, the site MADE ME use my "free 14 daily spins" before I could begin. Then they claim my balance was $7 and you can't withdraw if you had anymore than $5 in your account--which I had never seen anywhere posted as a rule and makes no sense!!! Such a scam. About a week ago, I deposited and spent the WHOLE DAY burning through the rollover. Initial deposit was around $25 and I tried to withdraw $150 I made. Nothing would happen, and my "available balance" would return to $150 with no pending withdrawal. Did this at least 2 times. Tried to get an explanation and no one could explain why. Also found out this site is owned by ACE GROUP which also owns Silver Oak Casino--I had a problem there where I didn't get paid $900. A lot of these casinos are run by "inclave". I finally got a response and payment from Tawni tawni@gwages.com after filing a complaint on askgamblers. They said max payout was $100 so I lost $900. But she had a bad attitude and was able to see all of the similar casinos like slots garden, ruby slots, and about 10 others that I belonged to and blocked me from all of them. I am now blocked from Planet 7 as well, even though they returned my deposit of $29 (out of guilt) instead of the $216. Now I don't have access to that either. These people are born liars and thieves. They use stall tactics, rules you didn't know about, problems with verification, and every other thing they can to avoid actually paying people what they are owed.
