Slingo Casino - Delayed payment

After depositing £40 and winning £20, total £60, i was told they tried to deposit the funds in my bank and it was rejected, so they require documents either driving license or passport of which i have none, i contacted my bank who stated absolutely 100% that no deposit had been attempted by this company and this was confirmed by the bank's fraud department, i have sent Slingo an email stating this and they have totally ignored me, my bank also stated they have had many similar issues with this company
