Complaint: they are making fool to players. It's good site if you are loosing the money. But if lucky you win , they don't have intention to approve your withdrawal request. They just delayed your request.. with documents verification process. For that they don't have fixed maximum timeframe for approval.
I'm holding my amount more then 16days.
