I have 2 complaints… when I first started gambling on this platform I had won $2000 dollars while running an auto net and a script. I then stopped my auto and stopped my script and double checked it twice to be sure it had stopped and when I verified it was stopped I proceeded to checkout and cash out my winnings… when I went to cashier to cash out it was $2000 short and no matter what I did to resolve this issue nothing happened. Finally someone came onto live chat and told me basically “too bad, if the bet is in your bill it stands and I made that bet and there was nothing they could do to change it”
So the other day I was playing coinflip, I was on a really good run with one hand and hit 19 flips it was somewhere around 64k$ and after tipping my with the max it would allow I cashed out and 5 mins later the whole site shut down, and I got locked out of my account for verification purposes. I got unlocked today and and go back into my Sa count and not only did my tip get reversed they reset all my currencies and left me with nothing snd no withdraw or tip out
