CryptoLoko wont allow me to withraw my deposit and winnings. At first i deposited $51 just to try how long withrwals take but when i try to withraw, they wont allow me. So they gave me a bonus but after playing through the bonus and won again, they still wont allow me to withraw even their system already shows playthrough as 0 and shows my withrawable amount which i was trying to withraw but they keep cancelling my withrawal. Now I already have $2000 in winnings which Ive been trying to withraw but they wont allow me. Please i need your help.

The initial deposit was refunded along with a deposit bonus, which the player played through. Based on this information, the player is not eligible for the withdrawal of the disputed amount.
