Goldenbet - Declined payment

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to Report a Fraudulent activities of the gambling online casino that is called Goldenbet.com , who is offering online gambling to the British player.

This is Behzad kiyanmehr, A professional Uk Citizen Online Gambler.

On 23 July 2023, I opened a new online account with golden bet and made a deposit with amount of £1000.00, My username was : Citybob90, I played around 2 or 3 hours on live blackjack and managed to win £7220.00 However as soon as I request for withdrawal they blocked my account and refused for paying me out.

Please bear in mind perviously I have had an account with them with the username :citybob, I requested to close the account and Citybob90 was the only active account that I have had on 23rd July.

The Fraudulent did take in the place was They refused to payout and blocked my account completely immediately after the withdrawal request by me.

I made a complaint to The Golden Bet and their responds was below:

According to the Terms & Conditions of the website Article 10 (Anti-Fraud Policy)

The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilizes various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the Player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:

Participating in any type of collusion with other players;

Development of strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings;

Creating two or more accounts;

In these cases, the Company reserves the right to terminate such Account and suspend all payouts to the Player. As well the Company reserves the right to cancel the bonuses and the winnings

These are the excused they made in order to confiscate the winnings.

I never ever Made any Fraudulent actions or participating in any type of collusion with other player, They never explained what I actually done the reach out to this point, They just copy and past the Terms & Conditions of the website Article 10 (Anti-Fraud Policy) which Never will apply on me.

Development of strategies aimed at gaining unfair winnings; again!!! They never explained what I have done, I never done any strategies to aimed at gaining unfair winning, They have specify about what I may have done and clarifying it.

Creating two or more accounts; I can confirm at the time of winning I only had on active account with the username of citybob90 and old and pervious account was requested to get close username on that account was citybob

Finally I would like to this website get officially banned from uk as It mustn’t happen to any other British players also I am looking to get help from you to investigate this fraudulent activities and payout my winnings
