My account was verified (both by sumsub and e-mail confirmation from nitrowinner),but when I try to withdraw, the system declines it with the error message, "must complete KYC". The casino ignores my e-mail requests to resolve the issue. Here is a screenshot documenting the issue and proof of verification via e-mail from a Nitrowinner representative:
