The live chat agents are completely useless.
I had a huge win and immediately my account was blocked, and they claimed it was due to my big multiple wins, and all they said is that it could take up to 30 days to check the game for bugs. 95k won and i cant talk to anyone. totally garbage in my mind.. scam all the way im thinking.
