I submitted my documents 4 days ago and I can not get a response on verification the in app chat I have received 2 generic responses about it taking 12-48 hours to and to contact them if it has taken more then 48 hours, both responses were more then 48 hours after submitting my documents. The chat also took over 20 hours to respond. I won $50000 cad or $36,553.72 usd and I can’t get a response from anyone I’ve also sent 3 emails over the last 3 days with no response.
