Jackpot.com - Declined payment

I have made multiple deposits at Jackpotcity.com over the past four or so weeks and I have had hundreds of dollars worth of deposits that have just simply vanished. The casino has only said that the deposits declined and I can produce statements to prove that not one of the deposits I have complained about declined, nothing at all has been returned to my bank account. I have requested a formal investigation into the casino and have attempted to make formal complaints with no success at all.
