So the other night I won $40,000, and when trying to withdraw, I had to verify my bank card. I did that; they mentioned my address was different as the bank app must not have updated it properly. They tried to say it was suspicious and to send more proof from another source. I did; it was accepted. Then I tried to withdraw again, and the next minute they say my account is under review. Then they closed and confiscated my winnings, accusing me of false details, even though I have full proof it's not, and won't listen to anything I have to say. I need help; I'm so gutted and upset.

I've been going through reviews, and it looks as though they have done this tactic to a lot more players than just me too. I need help to communicate with them; they won't transfer me to any managers, and they are now ignoring me.

$40,000 is a lot of money to just confiscate off anyone; you can see why I'm not happy because this is false advertising and a big scam. I was approved after all the drama, and then now I can't even sign in. Please help.
