Lucky Tiger - Account closure

I was a member for 4-5 years, $10,000+ in deposits, all lost except one $300 withdrawal during this time. I complained daily about games being unfair, bonus amount was less and less as well.

So I was in chat with agent, Charles enters chat and informs me he's closing account, for inappropriate language, for giving bad remarks on surveys, and said I had damaged reputation of casino.

The profanity was shit and hell, not vulgar at all. I had just made 2 deposits $90, and didnt receive cashback, 3 days of free spins, and fee reimbursements, all owed to me for making deposits.

I had asked for $250-$400, from them to me and id drop all issues i had and leave. But they never made an attempt to resolve it. I said I didnt agree with it, he said all contact be by email now, which he doesn't respond back.

It was done to deny me any chance to recover any funds id lost, thats it. I also asked for last 2 deposits be refunded, $100, but no response either. I know their games are not fair, every deposit in 5 years lost shows that.

Also, Shazam casino, closed my account after $6,500+ I'd lost and complained to them, next day account was closed the same way as this one.
