I had used a no deposit coupon that had a cashable payout up to $100 as long as i met their playthrough amount. Which I did and i was to mske a 1st deposit before i make any withdrawals. I made a deposit like they asked without playing anything else.
I made the withdrawal request of $89.30.
They denied the withdrawal and did not return it to me because I supposedly had redeemed 2 other free chip coupons. Which is not true. I did try to redeem them but were denied due to the pending withdrawal request. That's what customer service had explained to me so they were never added to my account.
When I found out thst they denied my withdrawal and even deleted the amount from my account I started a chat with them and they said I had redeemed 2 free chip coupons.
And gave me a list from, I assume, was "copied" from their terms and conditions of ways they are able to deny me any winnings even though I think he typed in himself because he numbered them 1, 2, 3, etc which are not numbered that way in their terms.
He wouldnt even let me state my case because he rudely stated that what he had sent in the previous text is what i was to agree with practically and accept it without any questions and asked me if there was anything else he would like to help me with because he was done with my questions.
I know its only $89.30 but it took a long time to clear that playthrough amount without losing any winnings.
Please help.
