I am new to playing with online casinos. I have accumulated over $70000 at this casino. When I decided to redeem my winnings of $25000 USD through one of the methods Cashapp because it is a faster withdrawal time, I received a message that I needed to deposit $35 to verify my identity. I did and then I received an email stating that I have to pay a transaction fee via bitcoin of $125 and my payout will be deposited within 5 minutes of the transaction fee being completed. I verified first with their customer service and she stated that once completed it would be released. After I stupidly paid it, I waited and nothing happened. Went again to chat with their customer service again about the delay, and she's telling me now that their payment department has provided feedback that according to the requirements of the IRS, I need to pay a tax of $90 again via bitcoin. I've read any legitimate casino must deduct taxes directly from winnings and are not authorized to impose additional requirements on players. They haven't even tried to verify my identity through documents and I cannot find a link to get a gaming history on their website. Please help? Thank you.

I had accumulated over $60000 with this casino and once I tried to withdraw it, they begin asking for a deposit of $35 and a transaction fee of $124 (which stupid me I paid) and another transaction fee of $125. And according to the email, the money i requested ($25000 USD) for a withdrawal would be deposited into $25000 USD my account within the hour. Since i am new to the casino life, I believed it. When, of course, nothing happened, I began to question it, and then she begins to add that I need to pay a tax fee per IRS standards to an address via bitcoin. I read that taxes are deducted from any winnings before payment. Now I have been requesting a refund from the casino but they are giving me the run around. I have not been asked to verify documents. And on top of that there is no way to verify all of this because there no way to get a gaming history. I have provided as much evidence as I could to verify this. Thank you for your time.
