On 13 Aug 2023 I have added Rs 2000 and get straight away cash bonus of 500 and played game and won 900000. The amount was showing in withdrawal amount in the app. I initiated withdrawal of 800000. The withdrawal request submitted and the platform initiated my account verification. On completion of account verification it was said that the amount will credited in your account within 24 to 48 hours. But after 24 hours they mail that your amount is ceased because you have miss used the bonus which I have note done. I have read your all terms and condition regarding use of bonus and found that i have not miss used the bonus in any way. I have all evidence which states that I have not done any wrong thing and you platform done a fraud with me. Sir, therefore I request you to take action and resolve my issue and revert my money in my account. If you say than I will provide you all the details and evidence which states that I rite and your platform (Casino Days ) has done a fraud to me . Sir it is my request that pl resolve my issue and revert my money back. If that will not happen I will do a court case for the same which will not good for your platforms reputation.
