Anyway the game I was playing was doing really good, I got the bonus round twice and that’s why I had won up to that amount. Well I kept playing on that game since i was winning and then on the third time that I started playing just before I that I was going to play the bonus round again the screen went black and when I opened up the same game again I had lost all the progress I could with the bonus round. I didn’t think nothing of and I kept playing the. The second time I started playing the first game, the same thing happened again with the screen going black. So I quit the game because by then I was down to $100 or maybe a little more, I can’t remember the exact amount. But I do remember it was no less than $100. So when I changed games my winning amount went to to $20 exactly. So immediately I went to the Support Team to report what had just happened and a few hours later a team member responded and his name was money Von, his message was that he or someone would get back to me within 5 hours. Well those 5 hours turned into 2 days and their response after their machine don’t make mistakes. They refuse to return that money to me. And my question is if their machines don’t make mistakes then why didn’t the first team member that responded come to the same conclusion ? I’m 68 years old I don’t steal anything and that’s what their making me sound like because they claim they can’t find anything wrong with their machines.

On January 27,2026 I was playing. I was at I had just won one hundred and seventy something dollars.The game I was playing had just paid me thirty something dollars twice, which got me up to the one hundred seventy dollar point so I kept playing it. Well after playing back thirty something dollars all of a sudden the screen went black so in order to get back on I had to clear the game and start over. Well after playing down to I believe $102 the screen went black again. So I got off that game and when I switched games and got another game I was down to $20. So as soon as that happened I contacted customer support. Well a few hours later I got a message from someone telling me they would get back to me within 5 hours. So I waited and after 5 hours I never heard from anyone. So I sent another message and still no response. So the next day I sent messages practically all day long. Then on the second day I got a message that they couldn’t find anything wrong with my game. And still today they still claim nothing was wrong with my game. They claim they can see if anything was wrong with my game even after 2days.

I’m owed over $25000 from this thief’s I had wagered multiple times over $250k a week and I’m supposed to get 4 percent of that weekly wager I never received anything
