I made a redemption request for the bare minimum $100. I chose a prepaod virtual card. 1 day later I received the email with the link to the card. In this same email it tells you that you can add your virtual card to Google or Apple Pay. So I attempted to add it to Google pay. That didn't work. When I went back to the email and clicked on the link again now I'm met with a error screen stating the card and balance has a hold. After contacting Crown Coins support, I am unable now to get through directly. Every prompt has premade answers to the questions which all result in not getting to speak with anyone. When i chose the options about redemption it just says that the payment was issued and then the only response option to choose from there is "Great, I'm all set" and then the support window closes. I then emailed them but they don't respond. I contacted card support and was told that the card has now been flagged for fraud. Apparently trying to add it to Google play is a fraud trigger. When I complained about this because I never tried to use the card, I'm told that Crown Coins makes the rules for the card and that all they can do now is refund the money back to crown coins. So crown coins created the card, and created the rules surrounding the card and did so intentionally in order for me to not be able to use it. I've emailed numerous times, and nothing no response.

So then i chose the "issue with purchase" option through chat support just to break through the premade answers and was able to get through to their bots finally. uploaded screen shots explained the issue and they started to respond because i seen the bubbles moving but then didn't until several hours later. All they said again was the card was issued completing ignoring everything I said. I know this is because I won with free coins. This place is a joke.

Well those 5 hours turned into 2 days and their response after their machine don’t make mistakes. They refuse to return that money to me. And my question is if their machines don’t make mistakes then why didn’t the first team member that responded come to the same conclusion ? I’m 68 years old I don’t steal anything and that’s what their making me sound like because they claim they can’t find anything wrong with their machines.

On January 27,2026 I was playing. I was at I had just won one hundred and seventy something dollars.The game I was playing had just paid me thirty something dollars twice, which got me up to the one hundred seventy dollar point so I kept playing it. Well after playing back thirty something dollars all of a sudden the screen went black so in order to get back on I had to clear the game and start over. Well after playing down to I believe $102 the screen went black again. So I got off that game and when I switched games and got another game I was down to $20. So as soon as that happened I contacted customer support. Well a few hours later I got a message from someone telling me they would get back to me within 5 hours. So I waited and after 5 hours I never heard from anyone. So I sent another message and still no response. So the next day I sent messages practically all day long. Then on the second day I got a message that they couldn’t find anything wrong with my game. And still today they still claim nothing was wrong with my game. They claim they can see if anything was wrong with my game even after 2days.

I’m owed over $25000 from this thief’s I had wagered multiple times over $250k a week and I’m supposed to get 4 percent of that weekly wager I never received anything
