Deposited money of $22 it was loaded to my gaming account on slots I played and won $302 , I asked to cash out they said give him a few moments to process they got back to me about 4 or 5 hours later telling me I was unable to cash out $300 and that I'm only able to cash out $180 due to bonus spins not being spun completely which is completely untrue I didn't have any bonus spins this was a reload for a third time in which they don't provide or give bonus spins I have screenshots available but being that they were not trying to release any of my winnings or funds I went back and played again for another hour to two hours to finish off the spins they're supposedly saying I didn't finish off and I won more money and tried to cash out $342 the site is not responding to me and is refusing my winning payout supervisors and or customer service will not respond to me in or contact me to inform me of anything I have screenshots of everything conversation winnings they are fraudulently taking money from people and not paying out https://www.facebook.com/groups/1025758761398459/

Hi, 70mbtc is missing from my account. Galaxy.bet claims that I have breached this rule:

"Systematically placing series of successive bets on same match (markets) is not allowed. Each user can place up to 3 bets on a given eSport/Sports Event. If we find an evidence of such betting pattern guaranteeing profit, we reserve the right to void (cancel) these bets."

This is a deeply unfair rule to have when gaalxy.bet offer 1X2 and 5 different asian handicap markets for almost all their matches.

I have played at galaxy.bet for a year now, and this rule has not been a subject before, as it clearly is a rule meant for arbitrage betting. I have sometimes placed bets on five different asian handicaps, and there has been no issue. I have been able to deposit and withdraw as I want. No problem. This rule is not advertised or warned about in my live chats. In my skype communication this was not a topic. Now that when I have made a little profit it is enforced and is certainly a topic.

If we see this last sentence of the rule "If we find evidence of such betting pattern guaranteeing profit, we reserve the right to void (cancel) these bets." This is a rule meant to ban arbitrage betting (bets on both sides), to guarantee profit. I have never done so and haven’t done so at galaxy.bet to void my balance because I want to take different variants of a bet (asian handicap) is ridiculously unfair. This is not what your rule was meant for and if it is, all your sportsbook players will leave, because that is not the industry standard. And not at least deeply unfair. I ask galaxy.bet to reevaluate their voiding of my balance and return the 70 mbtc missing from my account. Have a nice day all.
