I thought this was a really good online casino until Nov 8th 2025.
I deposited 100 to the online casino, horseshoe out of michigan. I ended up depositing over 1100 by the middle of the day. I started winning and withdrew 400 to my bank debit card.
It said successful withdrawel and an email said on way to vendor please allow 30 min. I kept winning, I withdrew another 100 and then 200 and then I was up about 600 and cashed out with another 275.00.
A total of 950 which wasnt as bad as losing 1150.00. I opened my online bank account and saw all of the deposits to horseshoe casino but not one credit from my winnings. I went back to my email. 15 minister they said the money was on way to bank they sent another email saying they cancelled the withdrawel call customer service.
The only numbers I found led me to a reservations dept. for ceasers palace in Vegas. I finally spoke to someone who I thought was a scammer saying we will escalate your complaint and wait for a response.
I asked why they cancelled my withdrawels and they said I reached my limit? How could I reach my limit when none of the withdrawels went through? Imagine going to a casino and told you cannot cash out?
Frustrated from the experience, I spent a couple hours looking for phone numbers. Nothing but bots and disconnected phone numbers. In michigan horseshoe casino may be owned by ceasers entertainement but they are licensed by a tribal organization.
Which means they have different laws then typical online casinos. Horseshoe online casino, approved my withdrawels and claimed using my bank card would have my winnings in my bank within a half hour. They told me the winnings were on there way please allow 30 min. 15 min later that was cancelled and the winnings were being put into my players account.
I didnt notice this because I was betting alot and going up and down. When I started losing I wanted to just cash out what I had left and the amount was approved and them declined 15 min later.
How can you reach your max amount withdrawing when not one withdrawel went through. How come there is no limit to the amount you deposit? Why would they quietly put my winnings back into my players account and how is this legitimate?
Horseshoe casino has a serious issue with paying out winnings. I lost my winnings and my deposits and this is a casino that is considered legal? I never experienced anything so corrupt as this.
