They did not add my 22.1k which I have won on 5rolls on monopoly-big-baller on 8th of october..their back end team is saying it's settled but I never got my money on the gaming account..the race is not providing me with details like when it was added..they simply say that it has been added after taking around 35 days they are saying it's settled..during that 35days of time they used to say that verification has Benn done and it will be added soon but one day they said that it has been settled without adding my money to my gaming account..user id:6153854..my ticket id was BD33860.
