So at first I deposited using a bonus code and won. Not being able to claim any bonus codes while they process your withdrawal I proceeded to deposit R500 without a bonus code cause I can claim 25% back on lost deposits. But as soon as I was paid out they now refuse to give me back my 25% and I am also not allowed to claim my free bonus code after every deposit. They are not aloud to punish a player for winning. That is utter abuse of the casinos power over a player and absurd!! When I ask to claim my cash back they just say sorry can't help you and close the chat.
