I played and deposited at one of the real-time gaming casinos, Springbok casino. Now they policy state that can claim 25% cashback on any deposit not using a bonus code. So at first I deposited using a bonus code and won. Not being able to claim any bonus codes while they process your withdrawal I proceeded to deposit R500 without a bonus code cause I can claim 25% back on lost deposits. But as soon as I was paid out they now refuse to give me back my 25% and I am also not allowed to claim my free bonus code after every deposit. They are not aloud to punish a player for winning. That is utter abuse of the casinos power over a player and absurd!! When I ask to claim my cash back they just say sorry can't help you and close the chat.

This casino is refusing to pay me I won a thousand dollars now they are refusing robot me cause they are saying I made a payment with a card which I did not I made it with e-transfer and I have proof of my deposit made from my account history at the casino and from my bank this is the third time this casino has done this to me but this time I have proof
