I won 2 separate times and they kept stalling for 4 months to payout with so many excuses. I did a reversal on one and played and lost. However I did not reverse the other for $391. I get a email a month later saying they reversed the other withdrawal. I emailed them and told them I didn’t reverse it. No reply. I got on chat with support and they said they don’t have the authority to reverse it in their own. So I played cause I had no choice. Well I increased my winnings up to $802. .. which was last week.
