I successfully verified my identity with Lonestar. Continued playing and won some money. At one point it was nearly 3 grand. By the time I decided to request a withdrawal I believe I was somewhere around $1282. When I attempted to withdraw they requested address verification which I promptly sent. And then I wanted for 2, 3, 4 days. No word. So I submitted an inquiry. No response. Waited another day. As ent another inquiry. Still nothing. Then the following day, I find I can not log into my account. I find an email stating they have decided to close my account. No explanation. I inquired and am told they have located multiple accounts a ith my information. I replied back explaining that I have personally created 1 solo account using my information. I have no knowledge of nor did I grant permission for the creation of any other account. I went on to further explain that I have in the recent past had my purse which held my identity ND banking documents stolen. I have experienced some attempted identity theft and fraud as a result. Some of these transactions did indeed include online sweeps platforms. While I can not recall the specific platforms, the charges were resolved with the submission of the police report. I imagine if there are other accounts with my information they are most likely a product of these events. I stated that I was formally appealing the decision to.close my account as I have done nothing to violate their terms and requested to.be reinstated. They simply told me I have mtiple accounts and their decision was final. This is poor business ethics and quite honestly just an excuse to avoid paying winning that I earned fairly. Again I have never created more than this one account and have nothing to do with my information being on other accounts. I have followed all their terms and.conditons and expect that they should now honor my winnings rather than be a crooked corporation ripping customers off in whatever fashion they can find to do so.

Account been verified and authenticated they have made thousands of dollars off of me and bury have little balance in the account they been giving me hard time when my account is completely verified and when I’m facing financial hardship and they don’t care it’s been 5 days and when their redemption it’s instant their complete fraud and scam
