New Online Casinos Launched in 2025-2026

This list features worldwide online casinos that were launched in the last 12 months and currently accept players from your location. It automatically adjusts by country, so what you see isn't what someone in a different jurisdiction sees.

This list is made to help you find "that one" casino that suits you the best. It also features a guide to evaluate it: license verification, bonus math, KYC mechanics, withdrawal realities, and what to do if something goes wrong. Take what you need and leave the rest.

What is a "New Casino" at Gamblescope

The rule is simple: a casino is "new" for 365 days from its official launch date, not from the day it appeared in our list. When a casino passes its 365-day mark, it moves from this page to our general directory.

We decided on the 365-day window for new casinos because they haven't yet had time to build a meaningful player complaint and review history online and build up player traffic. Thus, they aren’t ready for head-to-head evaluation with more established brands, even if their service quality, in truth, is superior at the moment.

So Gamblescope gives them a year, and going through it with no major complaints means something.

How to Find the Best New Online Casinos at Gamblescope

We made a filter system that lets you further tailor the new online casino list to your preferences and tastes.

Available in Your Country Filter

It’s turned on by default to cut out brands you won’t be able to play at. Some operators have regional restrictions built into their license, while others have made a business decision to exclude certain markets. However, if your current IP address doesn’t match the IP address of the country you will play from, we have left an option to turn this filter off.

Game Provider Filter

If you have preferred game studios, use this to list only the new casinos having games from those. It's faster than manually browsing every library and guarantees you'll find your games.

License Filter

This filter lets you decide how much regulatory coverage you want, or maybe the jurisdiction you play from requires you to choose a particular one. For example, UKGC, MGA, and similar licenses come with formal player protection frameworks. Curaçao is of a lighter touch. Unlicensed means no formal regulatory layer at all. None of these is automatically wrong, as we’ve vetted all the brands in the list. It depends purely on what you want from the casino and what you're comfortable with.

Payments Filter

This lets you list only the new casinos with the deposit and withdrawal methods you can and want to actually use. Because not every new casino supports your preferred e-wallet, and crypto casinos may not support card payments at all.

Language Filter

Allows you to list only the brands supporting a particular language. So you could switch the casino interface to the language you’re comfortable with. As well as read and understand general Terms and Conditions, bonus descriptions, and be able to talk to support (and be understood) in your language if needed.

New Casino Subcategories

The main list covers every new casino available in your region and launched no more than 365 days ago. But we've also built subcategories if you already know what you’re looking for and want to narrow your search.

Recently Added New Casinos

The freshest entries that have just passed our quality and safety checks. They can have powerful offers, but haven’t had time to prove themselves yet.

New Crypto Casinos

That’s the list if you want to avoid the traditional banking system. And go for more anonymity, faster payouts with lower fees, and less KYC friction.

New Offshore Casinos

Features only new casinos from jurisdictions generally considered as offshore: Curaçao, Gibraltar, Kahnawake, Anjouan, etc. Such a license lets them accept players from a broad list of countries, including regions where domestic licensing isn't available. But potentially offers less formal player protection in case of a dispute.

New Curaçao Casinos

This is one of the most common licenses to start with in the casino business. The jurisdiction went through a significant reform in recent years, with the new Gaming Control Board replacing the old sublicensing structure and rules about player protection and money laundering getting tighter. So a current Curaçao license offers you more as a player than three years ago.

New Anjouan Casinos

Anjouan (a part of the Comoros Islands) emerged as a popular alternative licensing jurisdiction in the 2020’s. It’s cheap to operate and fast to obtain for new teams launching their casino projects. So it fills the role comparable to early Curaçao years ago

New Fast-Growing Casinos

At Gamblescope, we label new casinos as fast-growing when we've observed a significant month-over-month traffic increase. And if many players are searching for and staying with the brand on a distance of several months, this potentially means the casino is very good.

New Unlicensed Casinos

These new projects have no formal regulatory body overseeing them and no licensing authority to file a formal complaint with. This, in turn, means fewer rules and restrictions for you as a player.

We've personally reviewed these casinos and verified what we can about ownership and operational history. Platforms like us, AskGamblers, and Casino Guru accept complaints about unlicensed operators and can apply reputational pressure. Thus act as an informal way to keep these casinos within the legit behavior towards you as a player.

New Pragmatic Play Casinos

New casinos love including Pragmatic Play games in the library. Because this studio is currently known for slot titles like Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, as well as other high-volatility slots, and new popular mechanics, like Megaways. It also plays in the field of live casino and virtual sports games.

New NetEnt Casinos

New NetEnt casinos have access to a game catalog with titles like Gonzo’s Quest and Twin Spin. As well as other games with innovative mechanics like Avalanche reels, Cluster pays, and expanding wilds. Players also get to enjoy the RTP of around 96%.

New Evolution Casinos

New Evolution operators can provide immersive live games and game shows, with signature titles being Lightning Roulette and Infinite Blackjack. So, if live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, or game show formats are your primary interest, this subcategory offers exactly this.

New Microgaming Casinos

New Microgaming casinos offer massive progressive jackpot games, like the Mega Moolah series. And themed video slots, like Immortal Romance and Thunderstruck II, with immersive, relevant graphics, free spins, and rolling reels.

New Play’N’Go Casinos

New Play'n GO casinos let you play titles that involve storytelling, innovative mechanics like expanding symbols and cascading reels, and diverse themes from ancient adventures to anime-inspired grids (Moom Princess, anyone?). So if you’re after the Book of Dead, or classics like Fire Joker then this is the list for you.

Quick Start

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use the filters on the page to compose a list of the new online casinos best suited to you.

  1. Country/availability — cuts every brand that won't accept you

  2. License — lets you decide your regulatory comfort level

  3. Payment method — keeps only casinos that support how you actually plan to move money

  4. Language — if it matters to you

  5. Provider — if you have specific game preferences

  6. Sort order — GS Rank for overall popularity, Monthly Traffic for the most website visits

Launch date tells you how recently the casino has been added to the list.  new is "new." A casino from two months ago is a different proposition from one that's been running ten months and built some complaint history. And the Welcome Bonus openly states the brand's welcome offers for you to compare.

How to Know if a New Casino is Legit?

At Gamblescope, we check and verify each new casino license, withdrawal policy, registration, and scan complaint history. And also re-check periodically, because conditions change for better or worse over time. But we're not inside the casino watching every transaction in live mode, so our checks are point-in-time assessments.

That's why we give you a self-checklist to manually run before you deposit:

  • Is the license clearly stated in the footer, including the operator company name, license number, regulator name?

  • Does the license verify in the regulator's own database?

  • Are withdrawal rules (processing time, limits, payment restrictions) actually documented in the Terms & Conditions?

  • Is the KYC policy mentioned before the platform requires you to pass KYC?

  • Are there any complaint threads from the last three months worth reading at Gamblescope and other watchdog and review platforms?

If a casino fails two or more, this is a potential red flag that urges you to consider again before you deposit there.

How to Verify a Gambling License of a New Casino

The license information should be in the casino's footer. You're looking for three things: the legal operator name, the license number, and the name of the licensing authority. This may come as plain text or a graphic seal.

Take those details to the regulator's official website; there’s usually a searchable database by operator name or license number. It allows you to confirm that the license exists, it's active, and the operator name on the license matches the one listed in the footer of the casino. Any mismatch is a serious red flag.

List of Regulators for Checking New Casinos

Bear in mind that verification flow differs slightly by regulator, as some accept direct license ID searches, while others require browsing by operator name. Update frequency of the registers differs as well, so they may hold outdated information.

What if the New Casino License Can’t be Verified?

If a casino claims a license and it doesn't appear in the regulator's database during your check, don't play there. The casino either fakes its licensing status or the footer information is simply wrong because of negligence.

At Gamblescope, we have a list of genuinely unlicensed casinos that don’t claim a license they don't have. And undergo regular checks to prove they’re legit.

How to Pass KYC in a New Casino

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the process to verify you are really "you". Operators are legally required to confirm who they're dealing with, verify age, and in many jurisdictions, look for indicators of problem gambling. So every regulated casino runs it for its players at some point, most do it right before the first withdrawal by the player.

At the first payout, the casino will hold your funds until KYC is complete. And if your documents don't pass for the first time, payments will get further delayed.

KYC Requirements in New Casinos

Standard document set for KYC-passing includes:

  1. Government-issued photo ID: passport, national ID, or driver's license. Must be current (not expired), clearly photographed, and not blurry or cropped at the edges.

  2. Proof of address: utility bill or bank statement, usually from the last 3 months. The name and address must exactly match your registration details.

  3. Payment method verification: photo of the card you deposited with (sometimes, the card number can be partially redacted), or a screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your name.

There can be additional KYC options unique to some countries.

To pass KYC smoothly from the first attempt, register with the exact name on your ID, use a billing address that matches the real documentation you actually have, and photograph documents in decent light against a plain background.

Passing KYC After Registration or Before Withdrawal From a New Casino?

We advise passing KYC before your first significant withdrawal, or even before your first large deposit. So, after registration, look for a verification section and submit documents proactively while there's no money in transit and no emotional stakes.

Withdrawal Timelines in New Casinos

To curb your anxiety regarding withdrawal speed in new casinos, there are two separate time periods during withdrawal that affect the payout speed.

Casino processing time is how long the casino takes to internally approve your withdrawal after the request. This ranges from instant to 72 hours at most licensed casinos, though new casinos may list up to 5 business days just in case.

Payment method processing time starts after the casino releases funds. Bank transfers typically take 1–5 business days. Card withdrawals require 3–5 business days. E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller) typically finish transferring the same day once funds are released. Crypto takes minutes to hours, depending on the blockchain type and its congestion.

Withdrawal speed may also depend on the day of the week, as many casino finance teams don’t process on weekends, adding 1 or 2 days to total waiting time. As well as possible daily or weekly withdrawal caps, in case you’ve already exhausted your limit under these caps.

Bonuses at New Online Casinos

New casinos often lead with aggressive welcome offers, as they're competing against established operators who've spent years building trust and player loyalty. And must do everything to catch up and overtake them. However, they usually can’t compete in terms of raw funds, unless backed by a major investor.

So new casinos often resort to bonuses that grab attention the best way possible, but don’t put a heavy direct strain on their budget. This involves gamification, sticky bonuses, and high free spin counts. But not all bonuses are as valuable as they look; some have extra terms hidden in the fine print that devalue the offer.

Common Bonus Types

  • Deposit match bonus — the casino matches your deposit by a percentage (e.g., 100% up to €200). The total value depends on the wagering requirement.

  • Free spins — spins on specific slots, sometimes at a fixed coin value. Check the max cashout on free spin winnings; many are capped between €20 and €50 regardless of what you win.

  • No-deposit bonus — a small bonus or spin package for registering without depositing. Useful for testing the platform; almost always comes with strict wagering requirements and a low max cashout.

  • Cashback bonus — a percentage of your net losses returned over a period. Often carries lower wagering requirements than deposit bonuses, sometimes none. More useful for regular players than occasional visitors.

  • Reload bonus — a repeated deposit match for existing players. Similar structure to welcome bonuses, usually at lower percentages.

  • Tournaments and gamification rewards — leaderboard prizes, XP-based loyalty systems, missions. Before plunging into them, evaluate whether the payout mechanics are clear and the prize pool is meaningful. These add genuine value for regular players.

  • VIP / loyalty programs — point accumulation toward cashback, gifts, or VIP account managers. Relevant if you're planning long-term play at one casino.

Main Bonus Terms

To evaluate the casino's bonus offer, check out the following definitions and their values in Terms of Conditions and in the bonus terms.

  • Wagering requirement (playthrough) — how many times you need to bet the bonus (or deposit + bonus) before withdrawing winnings. A 30x requirement on a €100 bonus means €3,000 in total wagers before you cash out the bonus.

  • Max bet while wagering — typically, up to €5 per spin or hand. Exceed this with an active bonus, and many casinos will void bonus winnings entirely. So read the terms beforehand.

  • Game contribution — different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering.

  • Max cashout / winning cap — the maximum you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. A free spins bonus with a €50 cap doesn't become more valuable than that if you hit €500.

  • Time limit — the window to complete the wagering requirement. Common ranges are between 7 and 30 days. Miss it, and the bonus and any related winnings are forfeited.

  • Sticky vs non-sticky bonus — a sticky (non-cashable) bonus means you can’t withdraw the bonus funds themselves, only net winnings above the original balance. A non-sticky bonus converts to real money once wagering is complete.

Why New Casinos are Being Launched

Because iGaming is a market with a stable Compound Annual Growth Rate between 10% and 13% according to Mordor Intelligence, no matter the economic difficulties. So it’s worth fighting for.

The best option for you is when an experienced online casino team launches its own project. They know a lot about building processes, promoting the brand, and keeping players happy. And have a contact network in the industry, allowing them to partner with game providers and payment systems more easily. Such new casinos function on a long-term strategy.

Sometimes, a rich investor outside of the casino world launches a new brand because "gambling is profitable". Such brands often fail when the investor gets bored and moves forward, or exhausts their funds, unless they learn the casino business ins and outs on the go. Such new casinos may offer big welcome bonuses, because the founder might not yet understand how their value affects the economy of the casino. So they are worth exploiting.

But in 2020’s, launching a new casino became more affordable than in the past. Because white-label infrastructure has lowered the entry barrier. And a new casino can spin up on a platform provider's technology stack without building from scratch. Quality varies, but more casinos come to market faster.

Regional licensing opportunities matter too. The cheap Anjouan license costing between €8,000 and €17,000 made a lot of small-scale new casino launches economically viable.

All this leads to a growing, continuous stream of new online casino brands, some meaningfully better than what existed before, and some just more of the same in fresh packaging.

Advantages & Disadvantages of New Casinos

A new casino is like a new restaurant. The fact that it just opened doesn't mean it's bad, but it doesn't mean it's good either. Someone has to test the place first, and we at Gamblescope do it for you.

From our experience, new casinos offer more competitive welcome offers (although not always) and more modern UX, as older casinos often delay interface upgrades.

New casinos are more willing to support newer payment methods like cryptocurrencies. And also have a factor that can’t be calculated in numbers — a certain kind of novice energy and zeal to do their best and make the player happy — this is felt on the subconscious level.

The main disadvantage of new casinos is that they can’t offer a track record. So you're making a bet on future performance based on limited evidence.

Games in New Online Casinos

Most new casinos open with 2,000–5,000+ titles because white-label and aggregator infrastructure make broad catalogs easy to assemble.

As you’re choosing a new casino to play, check what game providers are present, and then go on to the game type you’re intending to play the most: slots, table games, or something else, like bingo or Aviator.

For each game, always check:

  • RNG (Random Number Generator): slots and virtual games use certified RNGs to determine outcomes. A legitimate casino will use RNG software certified by an independent testing lab — eCOGRA, iTech Labs, GLI, or BMM. This is a baseline requirement for licensed operations.

  • RTP (Return to Player): the theoretical long-term return percentage of a game. A 96% RTP slot returns €96 per €100 wagered across millions of spins as a statistical average.

Are New Casinos Easier to Win at?

No and yes. On one hand,  it’s a persistent myth that has developed over the logic that new casinos need to attract players, so they might let early users win more. But games run on their game provider servers that online casinos don’t have access to, so they can’t adjust their RNG and RTP on the go. Even if the casino has ordered the game from the provider as an exclusive.

But if the new casino gives you generous welcome bonuses that transfer into more spins with the same bankroll, then, yes, this makes winning easier as you have more tries and more chances for something to land.

Disputes and Complaints About the New Casinos

New casinos carry more innate risk than established brands, and there’s no way around that. So here’s what to do in case you feel you’ve been scammed (like a blocked withdrawal or locked account) by such a casino:

Escalation Step 1

Contact casino support. Use email (slower) or live chat (faster), as your dialogue creates a transcript that you can save for the next steps. State the issue factually and provide screenshots, ask for a specific resolution, and keep records of everything you and the other side say.

Escalation Step 2

File a formal complaint with the casino. Most T&Cs include a procedure for that, so follow it, reference the issue, and the terms you believe apply. Ask for confirmation that the complaint has been received in case of an email. Or even send it as registered paper mail with delivery confirmation if that’s an option.

Escalation Step 3

If the casino doesn't resolve the complaint within a reasonable timeframe (typically up to 8 weeks, but varies depending on license terms), take it to the relevant regulator, depending on the casino’s license, or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.

Escalation Step 4

Use third-party platforms like ours, AskGamblers, and Casino Guru to apply reputational pressure. Casinos with a long-term strategy often choose to back down instead of losing more later due to a tarnished reputation.

Of course, to escalate, you've got to have clear evidence proving your point. So, care to collect screenshots of the bonus terms at the time you claimed them, your deposit and withdrawal transaction history, full chat transcripts, copies of any emails, and a clear note of which specific terms you believe were breached. The more complete the documentation, the better the possible outcome.

Responsible Gaming in New Casinos

Responsible gaming is currently a big thing in iGaming. So any new licensed casino, and most reputable unlicensed ones, will have some or all of these responsible gambling tools:

  • Deposit limits. Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can put in. Set these at registration, not when you need them.

  • Loss limits. Caps on net losses over a defined period. You might find these more useful than deposit limits because they account for winnings reinvested.

  • Session time limits and reality checks. Timers or pop-ups reminding how long you've been playing. Easy to dismiss, but often they give just the nudge you need to snap out of gambling obsession.

  • Cooling-off / time-out. Atemporary account suspension for a defined period (24 hours to several weeks), reversible after expiry.

  • Self-exclusion. A longer-term account closure, typically a minimum of 6 months. Licensed casinos are often required to honor self-exclusions across multiple operators in their jurisdiction.

Good operators don't hide responsible gambling features, and if the casino does it, then this means they have no bounds in how to profit from you. Do you really wish to play at such a place then?

How We Maintain this Page

The list updates continuously as we process new launches. Among the steps, before adding a casino, we check the license and T&Cs, test deposits and withdrawals, verify the operator, and scan for red flags in complaint databases. We periodically re-check listed casinos; specific triggers include ownership changes, license status changes, or a spike in complaints.

Casino managers can update factual data through our system, like available payment methods, game providers, contact details, and accepted countries. They can't touch GS Rank, complaint entries, reviews or their placement relative to other casinos.

We Don't Promote Particular Brands

We don’t accept money for listing casinos in a specific ranking position. We independently gather and test data about new casinos to provide a framework for you to choose whether the casino is worth playing at or not. This independence is the reason the list is worth consulting.

Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)

What Makes a Casino "New" on this List?

It’s launch within the last 365 days. We use official launch dates and contact casinos to clarify them if needed.

Why Does the New Casino List Change by Country?

Because casinos have regional restrictions due to their licenses, or simply because of their choice not to operate in particular countries. Filtering out new casinos that you (most likely) won’t be able to play at keeps only those currently accepting players from your location in the list.

How Do I Verify a New Casino's License?

Find the license number and operator name in the casino's footer, then go to the relevant regulator's official website. And search in their database to confirm the license is active and that it matches the operator’s name.

How Do I Quickly Judge a Bonus in the New Casino?

Look at four numbers: the wagering requirement, the maximum bet allowed while wagering, the game contribution rate for your preferred game type, and the max cashout on bonus winnings. A 100% match with 60x wagering and a €50 max cashout is not a good bonus. A 50% match with 20x wagering and no cashout cap might be.

What Happens to My Balance if a New Casino Closes or Loses its License?

Check the casino's T&Cs for a section on "player fund protection" and what level applies (segregated, protected, or basic). MGA and some other licensing bodies require player funds to be segregated, meaning your balance is (presumably) held separately from the brand’s operating funds. If that’s the case, you’re eligible for a payout of these funds.

For Anjouan and similar jurisdictions, as well as unlicensed casinos with absent player fund protection, chances to receive something are very slim, even if you sue the company and win, as there most likely won’t be any funds left to pay you with.
