Run It Once Poker is founded and run by poker legend, Phil Galfond. Phil Galfond has appeared on countless poker programs on TV and is very well known in the poker community of consistently being one of the best high stakes poker players of all time. Phil and the other members of Run It Once Poker have been trying to create a poker site with the aim of rewarding their loyal poker players and not exploiting a poker site’s most dedicated players.
Promotions and Bonuses
Run It Once offers a standard first deposit bonus of 100% up to €600. You will only have up to 30 days to clear this bonus. 30 days is a relatively short amount of time to clear this bonus in full. However, this poker site likely has the highest potential rakeback on the planet.
Run It Once has a feature called, “Splash the Pot” where they take 30% of ALL rake they collect and add it into pots in real time. This is a fun dynamic where everyone gets to compete for more money randomly splashed into the pots at the tables!
Run It Once also offers their additional rakeback program where you can earn up to an additional 45% rakeback from their weekly cash rewards program called Legends. This means you can earn up to a total of 75% rakeback in total!
There are always additional promotions running sporadically throughout the year. There is even a program where if you stream yourself playing on Run It Once Poker you can get up to 110% rakeback! Run It Once poker really values their loyal players and rewards all of them handsomely.
Games on Offer
The only traffic is going to be: No Limit Hold’Em and Pot Limit Omaha cash games. The tables will only be 6-max. No heads-up or 9-max. You may play short-handed on 6-max tables, but all tables will only be 6-max.
I would say where this poker site is lacking, is traffic. Especially in comparison to some of the bigger poker sites. But that’s okay, this poker site is still fairly new as it launched in 2019 and hasn’t attracted enough attention from both recreational players and professionals yet.
Run It Once has a strict stance against poker HUDs and other 3rd party poker software intended to give an advantage. They are able to do this by giving everyone an anonymous screen name and avatar that cannot be tracked. Phil and his team want to ensure a fair game where recreational players don’t feel like they’re losing due to a software advantage.
Conclusion & Verdict
Run It Once Poker has the potential to be the leading poker cash game site of the future as no one is offering as generous bonuses as they are. No other poker site is listening to what the players want as much as Run It Once is. Traffic is seriously lacking at off peak times and you can’t play any tournaments or other poker formats besides No Limit Hold’Em and Pot Limit Omaha cash games. It is definitely a site to look out for in the near future as it continues to grow and become better and better.
Run It Once currently has no open complaints.
