Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits (Visa/MasterCard): minimum $10, maximum $100,000 per transaction.

• Withdrawals (Visa/MasterCard): minimum $10, maximum $450 per transaction.

• Method parity: withdrawals must use the same method as the deposit (“source = destination”).

• Low wagering fee: if total wagering is less than 2× the deposit amount, a 20% withdrawal fee applies (minimum $0.50).

• SMS deposits: one phone number only; “credit”/loan-based SMS top-ups are prohibited — violations lead to account blocks with no payout.

• Unplayed funds fee: the operator may deduct actual costs when withdrawing unplayed funds.

• Currency conversion: amounts are calculated in USD at the time of the request; exchange-rate fluctuations are at the player’s risk.

• Large-payout throttling: if current balance + lifetime withdrawals ≥ 20× total deposits, withdrawals may be capped at €5,000 per 30 days.

Withdrawal approval times (excluding weekends/holidays):

• Up to $300 → 2 days

• $301–$1,500 → 5 days

• $1,501–$15,000 → 14 days

• $15,001+ → 30 days After approval, third-party payment processors/banks may cause delays; the operator is not responsible for such delays.

Betting / Win Limits

• Bets can be placed only with funds in the account.

• Maximum payout for a sports or esports bet: $50,000 (any amount above this is forfeited).
