i am sad to inform you that the Casino, Cetria Gaming Licence and EMS Management did not taking care of this offical breaching and treating of clients. Attached you will find the proof Casoo Casino confirmed the self exclusion and breach they own confirmation because the self exclusion was not added. Also i inform them regarding my addcition and they accept more and more deposits. i forward this email to all the partner listet on casoo.com Partner website. I wanted to resolve the problem with the casino directly, but unfortunately the management never responded to my request. I have proof and evidence for everything. When I started playing in the casino, I wanted to set the limits (Self exclusion please check the proof attached. Stella confirm it for one month). after I had a balance of 1500 Euros. The limits were also activated and this was confirmed to me by support. Later it turned out that the limits did not work. So I was able to play the 1500,- Euro although the support confirmed. I asked the management about this, but there was no reaction. In addition, I have the casino pointed out that I have a gambling problem. Also here the casino has not responded and let me continue to deposit. I had asked the casino with the deposits back to refund, because a casino should not enrich itself with money from gambling addicts. The casino refused any communication with me.
