But they come with wagering conditions such as 30x or 35x, a 30-day completion window, and a max bet of €5 per spin. Exceed that bet limit with bonus funds, and you risk forfeiting winnings. Slots usually contribute 100% to the wagering requirement, but table games and live casino often contribute far less or nothing at all.

If you’re planning to use the Velobet bonus, read their T&C carefully. Because it’s full of lines like “No Deposit bonuses and Free Spins are the Company’s Gifts. The maximum withdrawal from the mentioned winnings or their subsequent turnover is EUR/USD 100 or equivalent in another currency.” Check whether wagering applies to bonus only or deposit plus bonus, whether your preferred games contribute fully, and whether there is a max cashout or max bet rule. If you don’t want to track wagering progress and bet limits, I suggest skipping the bonus.

Mobile Experience

You can play at Velobet only via a browser. When I was writing the review, the casino lacked both iOS and Android apps. There are third-party pages claiming “Velobet app”, but after verification, they all turned out to lead to unrelated mirrors and scam pages. 

The mobile browser version is responsive, though. It lacks a bit of polish inherent to native apps. But works fine for live betting, slots, casino games, and cashier features. 

Customer Support

Velobet provides 24/7 live chat support. It’s responsive, but as I’ve found out, they speak only in English. At least, that’s guaranteed. 

There is an email channel via support@velobet.com as well, which works best when you need to share documents and keep the conversation history when dealing with complex complaints. AskGamblers says on their page that, on average, it takes around a day for Velobet support to respond to filed complaints. Looks quick enough to me. 

Brand Reputation and Complaints

Velobet is a relatively big fish that has been around for a while, so I could explore quite a lot of reviews. And saw a pronounced complaint pattern related to withdrawals, verification, frozen accounts, and bonus-related disputes. 

Velobet management doesn’t hide from its responsibilities, though. And strives to respond to any new complaints on popular third-party casino watchdog pages within a day. And resolve the issue within a week. For example, on AskGamblers, there are 11 resolved complaints out of 12. 

However, I saw Trustpilot claiming to remove some fake reviews about this company. I didn’t read them. So can only guess whether they were paid reviews to boost the average rankings, or if those were fakes from unlucky players or competitors aimed at tarnishing the reputation. 

Responsible Gambling

Velobet offers deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months), and self-exclusion options (6 months to permanent). However, this self-exclusion applies only to its own platform; there are no national programs like GamStop attached.  

To Play or Not to Play: The Final Verdict

To play. Velobet is a large and active casino-sportsbook hybrid with a strong game variety and crypto payments. Despite being launched in 2023, it became more popular than a lot of brands launched earlier. This shows that while players might encounter problems with bonuses and withdrawals, they are isolated cases relative to the 2.1 million monthly visitors.  What matters more is that the management actually pays attention and tries to resolve these complaints within a week. 

This leaves just two downsides that are hard to ignore: the €/$ 7,500 and monthly €/$15,000 withdrawal cap, and understanding that Velobet is an offshore gambling platform, even if the one that actually cares for the player. So adjust your expectations accordingly. And read the bonus rules!
