1BET IS NOT THE CASINO … I had to put something in this blank in order to send complaint. The casino in question is WINBIG21.Casino is not on your list.. WINBIG21 is the casino. I won 2 separate times and they kept stalling for 4 months to payout with so many excuses. I did a reversal on one and played and lost. However I did not reverse the other for $391. I get a email a month later saying they reversed the other withdrawal. I emailed them and told them I didn’t reverse it. No reply. I got on chat with support and they said they don’t have the authority to reverse it in their own. So I played cause I had no choice. Well I increased my winnings up to $802. .. which was last week. I have sent emails inquiring when the withdrawal would be in my bitcoin account. No response. I originally played off a bonus but had to deposit $25 in order to receive my withdrawal. It’s been going on for 4 months. Help!!!
