am submitting this complaint to report ongoing issues with Casombie, specifically regarding blocked withdrawals, inaccessible funds, and unfair withdrawal restrictions.
At present, $1,500 CAD is marked as pending and withheld, with no clear explanation or timeline for release. In addition, there is approximately $7,500 CAD remaining in my account balance that I am unable to access or withdraw due to Casombie’s restrictive withdrawal limits and unexplained delays.
I have complied with all stated terms and conditions, including identity verification and any additional requests made by Casombie. Despite this, my withdrawal requests have either been blocked or indefinitely delayed. Customer support has failed to provide meaningful explanations, offering vague or generic responses without resolving the issue.
Furthermore, Casombie’s withdrawal limits are excessively low, making it unreasonable for players to access legitimate winnings in a timely manner. These limitations are not presented clearly or transparently prior to depositing and appear designed to discourage or delay withdrawals.
This situation has caused significant financial frustration and raises serious concerns about Casombie’s fairness, transparency, and compliance with responsible gaming and consumer protection standards. I am requesting assistance in reviewing this matter and helping facilitate the release of my withheld funds.
