This is the email I received from Skycrown. Never ever ever have I cheated or forged documents. There is no explanation as to what they are accusing me of or what document they reckon I forged!!

None of my documents were forged. They are 100% original documents.

This is a bullshit excuse to get out of paying me my $7,000!

📩📩We would like to inform vou that an amount of 7000.73 AUD has been voided due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions related to the provision of forged documents.

Based on this, your account has been closed by the decision of our administration.

As stated in Section 11: Anti-fraud policy

'The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilises various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to - participating in any type of collusion with other players development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings;

Skycrown has closed my account and confiscated my winnings of $7,000AUD and accused me of fraud. They have accused me of forging my documents which I never did. All documents are legitimate documents with my information and all documents were previously verified by them. In my casino account 5 of my documents were accepted, one for each category of verification.

I sent my first withdrawal request on Sep 17th and then a further 5 times each of which were cancelled my Skycrown. I have 90 emails from them regarding all my withdrawal requests and me asking for proof of any forgery and which documents they are referring to cos all documentation was original documents. They then accused me of fraud in the selfie photos I had to send also. I believe I uploaded each photo and document over 40 times. There is nothing fraudulent and I had a 100% verified account and have proven my identity over and over again and now they closed my account so I can't login anymore. I'm absolutely devastated. For 10years I've played and successfully withdrawn over 50kAUD with other casinos without any issues until I used Skycrown Casino.

Hi want to make complaint against Skycrown casino. (My nick: Wtsi68 , request CZDEUN)

Since october 14th that i''m waiting for my cashout.

Tuesday october 14th 10:08 i won= 1800$ cad on this website + october 16th i won at 14:16 =200 $ cad and at 14:29= 100$ cad . Friday october 17th , my cashout (1800+100+200$) were still pending and still not accepted. Than i decided to recalled all of them to put together = 2100$cad.

Everytime that i have contacted support team in live chat and by email, they always answer by automatic reply. Impossible to talk with real human on this website.

After, one week my cashout still pending and despite all my efforts to contact the team support , impossible to resolve my problem and get my money, because they always copy and paste the same kind of messages : "the transaction is in progress , tanks for your patience and understanding" ! Im deesperate and its why i ask your help. I took alot of screenshots if you need it

I signed up successfully and got my account verified, then made a deposit using my VISA card and started playing. All went well, no complications. After I made some winnings, I withdraw USD 750 on 6th July 2023 and have been waiting for the payment ever since. Every time I followed up, the Customer Service Team keep telling me that they are waiting for approval from my bank. That is completely a lie because I have contacted my bank and have confirmed that there is no approval required from the bank. To make payment into my VISA card account, they simply have to make the payment directly in their system, just the same way I made the deposit in the first place. THERE IS NO SPECIAL APPROVAL REQUIRED FROM MY BANK. I am doing my research and will file a complaint with the Australian Communications and Media Authority once I confirm the process.

The player has made withdrawal requests (2023-07-06 03:43 UTC and 2023-07-06 04:56 UTC), which were canceled, as according to the Terms and Conditions of our Casino, every player must go through a verification process for security purposes to successfully withdraw funds. After the withdrawal was canceled, the player was informed about it and received an email with a list of documents required for verification.

The client subsequently provided us with the requested proof of identity and a photo of the bank card used. To verify the account, it was also necessary to confirm the phone number and provide a document containing the player's name and phone number, as the player did not receive an automatic SMS. It is worth noting that the client did not provide us with a document confirming his phone number.

Although the customer's phone number and account were not fully verified, we did not cancel the following withdrawal (2023-07-06 13:38 UTC) out of loyalty to our players.

The withdrawal was waiting for processing by the payment provider and unfortunately was unsuccessful due to technical reasons (2023-07-14 08:53 UTC). The player was informed that the payment was canceled and was kindly asked to make a new withdrawal request.

In addition, the client decided to play with his funds, and did not make any new withdrawals, after which he requested closure, and the account was deactivated (2023-07-14 17:40 UTC).
