On a live game called mega roulette, I placed 15 euros on the number 13 which happened to have a multiplier of 100. The ball landed on 13 and it did not appear on the winnings. It happened twice that evening where I had 10 euros on 18 and should have won 300. Both times I spoke to support at m22bet and they said due to a technically error they refunded my stake, losing out in 1800 euros combined. The customer service is awful and not much help and told me to go and find their details on internet because they didn't have them, which led me to here. Both incidents occurred on the 27th early in the evening and the early hours of the 28th of october 2022.
